Products
We sell art prints, linocuts, original artworks, stickers, and related products. Product images are shown as accurately as possible. Because many products are handmade or printed in small batches, small variations in colour, texture, paper, ink coverage, or registration may occur. Such variations are part of the handmade process and do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. The total price, including product price and delivery costs, is shown before you place your order. Alamard Art is a small taxpayer for VAT purposes. VAT is not charged pursuant to Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act. For EU countries where the cross-border SME scheme applies, VAT is not charged under the EU SME exemption scheme; EU SME EX ID: HR03488773179-EX.
Ordering process
To place an order, add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter the required information, choose a delivery and payment method, review your order, and submit the order using the checkout button. Before submitting the order, you can review and correct your details and cart contents. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Contract language
The contract language is English. Other language versions may be provided for convenience.
Intellectual property
All artwork, images, product photos, text, designs, and other content on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Buying a product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Products may not be copied, reproduced, resold as reproductions, used commercially, or used for AI training, merchandising, branding, or digital products without prior written permission.
Alternative dispute resolution
Consumers may seek alternative dispute resolution through competent consumer dispute-resolution bodies where applicable. If a dispute is not resolved after a written complaint, we will state whether we agree to participate in an ADR procedure where required by applicable law. The former EU ODR platform is not linked here because it closed in 2025.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Croatian law, without affecting mandatory consumer rights under EU law and the consumer-protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence where applicable.
Delivery terms
We ship from Croatia. Automatic checkout shipping is currently available for the European Union, Norway, and Switzerland. For North America or other destinations, contact us directly by Instagram or email so we can confirm current shipping availability, cost, customs handling, and delivery expectations.
Processing time
In-stock products are usually prepared for shipping within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Handmade, made-to-order, or limited-edition items may require additional preparation time.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
– Croatia: 2 to 7 business days
– Other EU countries: 6 to 15 business days
Estimated delivery times depend on destination and carrier handling. Croatia is usually faster than international delivery. International delivery may be affected by holidays, customs or security checks, local delivery delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will deliver the order no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Customs and import costs
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs handling fees, or carrier charges in the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Damaged packages
When your order arrives, inspect the package and products. If an item arrives damaged, contact us at alamard.art@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging. This helps us resolve the issue with the delivery provider. This does not affect your legal rights.
Returns, refunds, and cancellation
Right of withdrawal
For standard, non-personalised products bought online, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party chosen by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

Returning products after withdrawal
After notifying us that you withdraw from the contract, send the goods back within 14 days. Return address: Šoderica 195, Legrad, Croatia. Unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returned products must be sent back in suitable protective packaging. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product more than necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payments received from you, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may wait with the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
Additional costs for choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option are not refunded.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as commissioned artworks, custom sizes, custom colours requested by the customer, personalised text, names, dedications, inscriptions, or other products made specifically according to your individual request.
Standard prints, standard linocuts, stickers, and non-personalised products are not excluded merely because they are handmade, limited edition, or printed after the order, unless they are made to your specific personal instructions.
Faulty, incorrect, or non-conforming products
If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or non-conforming product, contact us at alamard.art@gmail.com with your order number and photos where relevant. Consumers have legal rights in case of defective or non-conforming goods. This policy does not limit those rights.

Written complaints
Consumers may submit a written complaint by email to alamard.art@gmail.com or by post to Šoderica 195, Legrad, Croatia. Please include your name, contact details, order number if applicable, and a description of the issue.
We will confirm receipt of your complaint and respond in writing within 15 days of receiving it. We keep records of written consumer complaints in accordance with applicable Croatian consumer-protection rules.
